Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive &ndash; Real EstateLocation: As per company requirement Experience: 1&ndash;2 years (Real Estate preferred) Industry: Real Estate / Property DevelopmentRole OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive &ndash; Real Estate to handle online marketing activities focused on property branding, site promotions, and lead generation. The role plays a key part in generating qualified leads for residential and commercial projects through digital platforms.Key Responsibilities&middot; Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects (residential &amp; commercial)&middot; Generate property leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram), and listing portals&middot; Create and manage project-specific campaigns (launches, site visit promotions, offers)&middot; Handle social media pages: posts, reels, stories, engagement, and lead forms&middot; Coordinate with sales teams to track lead quality, site visits, and conversions&middot; Optimize landing pages and lead forms for better conversion rates&middot; Perform basic SEO for real estate keywords (projects, locations, amenities)&middot; Manage property listings on portals such as 99acres, Magicbricks, Housing, etc.&middot; Run WhatsApp and email campaigns for follow-ups, offers, and site visit reminders&middot; Monitor ad spend, CPL (Cost per Lead), CTR, and ROI&middot; Prepare daily/weekly/monthly lead and performance reportsRequired Skills &amp; Qualifications&middot; Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field&middot; Hands-on experience in real estate digital marketing or lead generation&middot; Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead funnel management&middot; Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems&middot; Knowledge of SEO, landing pages, and real estate keywords&middot; Good communication and coordination skillsPreferred Skills&middot; Experience handling real estate project launches&middot; Knowledge of video marketing, reels, and property walkthrough promotions&middot; Ability to analyze lead quality and improve conversion ratiosSalary &amp; Benefits&middot; Salary: As per industry standards and experience&middot; Attractive performance-based incentives (linked to leads/site visits)&middot; Career growth opportunities in a growing real estate organizationThis role is ideal for candidates passionate about real estate marketing, lead generation, and digital growth.For Further details get in touch with HR @ 9133367000 (Strictly calls between Mon - Sat 10 am to 6 pm only)Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
