Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive – Real Estate

Location: As per company requirement
Experience: 1–2 years (Real Estate preferred)
Industry: Real Estate / Property Development

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive – Real Estate to handle online marketing activities focused on property branding, site promotions, and lead generation. The role plays a key part in generating qualified leads for residential and commercial projects through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects (residential & commercial)

· Generate property leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and listing portals

· Create and manage project-specific campaigns (launches, site visit promotions, offers)

· Handle social media pages: posts, reels, stories, engagement, and lead forms

· Coordinate with sales teams to track lead quality, site visits, and conversions

· Optimize landing pages and lead forms for better conversion rates

· Perform basic SEO for real estate keywords (projects, locations, amenities)

· Manage property listings on portals such as 99acres, Magicbricks, Housing, etc.

· Run WhatsApp and email campaigns for follow-ups, offers, and site visit reminders

· Monitor ad spend, CPL (Cost per Lead), CTR, and ROI

· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly lead and performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field

· Hands-on experience in real estate digital marketing or lead generation

· Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead funnel management

· Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems

· Knowledge of SEO, landing pages, and real estate keywords

· Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

· Experience handling real estate project launches

· Knowledge of video marketing, reels, and property walkthrough promotions

· Ability to analyze lead quality and improve conversion ratios
