 Actively sells GAC products to support the distributor&rsquo;s sales volume and gross profit target. Conduct the sales process in a professional manner that is both service oriented and reflects the brand image to achieve the high level of customer satisfaction while always acting according to distributor policies. Actively prospects, follow all sales leads, acquire new customers, and develop long-term customer relationships.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Approach, greet and offer assistance to customers entering the showroom according to the GAC brand image
 </li>
 <li>
 Qualify customers and build a relationship to undertake an in-depth needs analysis and provide trust and confidence to the customer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Explain vehicle performance, product details, features, and benefits according to the GAC sales process
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase generated revenue
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain CRM systems to manage the list of new / existing customers as per the sales funnel
 </li>
 <li>
 Offer and accompany the customer in test driving vehicles according to the GAC test drive process
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth completion of the sales contract associated documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote and up sell GAC products and services (e.g., GAC Collection)
 </li>
 <li>
 Introduce finance, Insurance, and lease products during the sales process
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate that the F&amp;I Department receives sufficient customer information for a smooth hand-over
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate that relevant paperwork, car registration and/or insurance documentation is completed according to the distributor policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize the handover of the vehicle according to the distributor policy
 </li>
 <li>
 Introduce the customer to the after sales department
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle customer complaints tactfully and promptly according to the distributor policies and escalate difficult cases immediately to the supervisor / sales manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Create a target focused plan for new customer acquisition using a prospect development system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use various methods (e.g., telephone, email, visit) to acquire and follow-up on prospective customers and compile customer contracts reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure regular and prompt updates of customer database and records to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
 </li>
 <li>
 Share knowledge and best practices about the respective specialized product or product group within the rest of the sales team
 </li>
 <li>
 Gain expert knowledge on GAC and competitor products, features and accessories and update this regularly
 </li>

 Educational Qualification Training

 High School Diploma or above
 </li>
 <li>
 C-Sales Certifications or recognized motor industry qualification (e.g., IMI) preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Must hold a full and valid driving license
 </li>

 Work Experience
