You will assist with daily accounting tasks, ensure compliance with financial standards, and help prepare essential financial documents that support decision-making and organizational growth.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial transactions using accounting software QuickBooks Online</li><li>Support general ledger accounting activities including journal entries, account analysis, and account reconciliation</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently and accurately</li><li>Support payroll processing, tax filings, and governmental accounting requirements as needed</li><li>Conduct double-entry bookkeeping to maintain precise records of debits &amp; credits and ensure compliance with financial concepts</li></ul>&lt;Requirements&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience with accounting software QuickBooks Online</li><li>Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles, GAAP standards, and governmental accounting practices</li><li>Knowledge of bookkeeping tasks including journal entries, bank reconciliation, account analysis, and general ledger reconciliation</li><li>Familiarity with financial concepts like double-entry bookkeeping, debits &amp; credits, and financial report writing</li><li>Experience in accounts payable/receivable management and payroll processing is preferred</li><li>Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently</li><li>Document organization &amp; filing</li></ul>This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to deepen their expertise in accounting while supporting a vibrant team dedicated to excellence.
