We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to handle titles and registrations, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and completed on time.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process titles, registrations, and related documents</li><li>Verify accuracy of all title paperwork and resolve discrepancies</li><li>Work with customers, lenders, and DMV offices to resolve title issues</li><li>Maintain organized files and complete required reports</li><li>Track and follow up on missing titles, lien releases, and payoff documentation</li><li>Submit all necessary paperwork to the DMV in a timely manner</li><li>Reconcile title work with accounting to ensure proper posting of sales</li><li>Assist with other dealership administrative tasks as needed</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in title work or dealership setting preferred</li><li>Other dealership experience is a plus</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization</li><li>Good communication and computer skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
