Title Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to handle titles and registrations, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and completed on time.

Responsibilities:

• Process titles, registrations, and related documents
• Verify accuracy of all title paperwork and resolve discrepancies
• Work with customers, lenders, and DMV offices to resolve title issues
• Maintain organized files and complete required reports
• Track and follow up on missing titles, lien releases, and payoff documentation
• Submit all necessary paperwork to the DMV in a timely manner
• Reconcile title work with accounting to ensure proper posting of sales
• Assist with other dealership administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in title work or dealership setting preferred
• Other dealership experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Good communication and computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
