We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Support Assistant/Medical Assistant to join our team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Conduct patient intake, update medical records, and ensure accurate documentation</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms</li><li>Clean and sterilize medical instruments</li><li>Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies</li><li>Assist during medical examinations and procedures</li><li>Manage patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and phone communications</li><li>Verify insurance information and assist with billing or payment inquiries</li><li>Medically related clerical work /some computer knowledge required</li></ul>Summary:This position would start initially as a medical assistant learning office protocols, familiarizing yourself with terminology and office flow.
