The ideal candidate should have previous experience in fashion, garments, or clothing merchandising, with a strong understanding of product presentation, customer engagement, and retail sales.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Assist customers in selecting products and provide excellent customer service.</li><li>Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.</li><li>Ensure attractive visual merchandising and product displays in accordance with company standards.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of merchandise.</li><li>Arrange, organize, and maintain clothing and fashion displays to maximize sales.</li><li>Arrange, organize, and maintain clothing and fashion displays to maximize sales.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the assigned section.</li><li>Track fast-moving and slow-moving items and provide feedback to management.</li><li>Assist in stock receiving, inventory checks, and stock transfers when required.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.</li><li>Stay updated on fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotional activities.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Female candidates only.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of experience in retail sales and merchandising.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of experience in retail sales and merchandising.</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Good understanding of visual merchandising principles.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.</li><li>Basic English communication skills required; additional languages will be an advantage.</li><li>Currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately preferred.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Salary: AED 2,500 per month</li><li>Company Visa</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Career growth opportunities within a growing retail organization</li></ul>Location: Al Barsha, DubaiImmediate joiners preferred.Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
