Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales cum Merchandiser to join our team at our Al Barsha outlet. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in fashion, garments, or clothing merchandising, with a strong understanding of product presentation, customer engagement, and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Ensure attractive visual merchandising and product displays in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment of merchandise.
• Arrange, organize, and maintain clothing and fashion displays to maximize sales.

• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the assigned section.
• Track fast-moving and slow-moving items and provide feedback to management.
• Assist in stock receiving, inventory checks, and stock transfers when required.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales and merchandising.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales and merchandising.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good understanding of visual merchandising principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic English communication skills required; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately preferred.
