Remote work is not available for this role, and candidates must be based in the local area.Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations &amp; Product Information Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this dual-role position, you&rsquo;ll support the Operations Manager in daily business activities while also primarily focusing on optimizing our product data across platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is both process-driven and tech-savvy, with a passion for operational excellence and data integrity.Key Responsibilities:Operations Support:<ul><li>Assist with daily administrative and logistical tasks</li><li>Help coordinate inventory management, order fulfillment, and vendor communications</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow</li><li>Identify and help implement process improvements</li></ul>Product Information Management (PIM):<ul><li>Manage and update product data in internal databases and PIM systems</li><li>Ensure accuracy and consistency of product specifications, pricing, descriptions, and images across platforms</li><li>Coordinate with product development, marketing, and e-commerce teams to publish and maintain accurate product content</li><li>Perform regular audits of product information to ensure data integrity</li><li>Support onboarding of new products and SKUs across systems and channels</li><li>Troubleshoot data discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve them</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>3+ years of experience in operations support, supply chain, or related field</li><li>Experience working with Product Information Management (PIM), ERP, or inventory systems</li><li>Experience with platforms such as 1WorldSync, GS1, etc.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and database tools</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience in e-commerce or retail a plus</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
