Due to company growth, we are looking at adding another Artist to our Design Team.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys designing across a wide range of products&mdash;from apparel and hard goods to banners, signage, and promotional materials. Our preferred candidate should have experience understanding and following brand standards and product templates.Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Design graphics for apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, uniforms, etc.)</li><li>Create artwork for hard goods such as drinkware, accessories, and promotional items</li><li>Develop banners, signage, and large-format graphics</li><li>Prepare print-ready files and ensure production accuracy</li><li>Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet client needs and deadlines</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all designs</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines</li><li>Communicating with clients and making revisions based on their feedback</li><li>Maintain awareness of current industry trends</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field</li><li>2-4 years of experience in graphic design</li><li>Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required)</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)</li><li>Strong understanding of print production processes and file setup</li><li>Ability to design for various mediums (screen print, embroidery, digital print, etc.)</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to take direction and work independently</li><li>Strong communication and time management skills</li><li>Knowledge in a promotional product industry is preferred but not required</li></ul>A few things to know about Gator Garb:We are a family-owned, Wisconsin based company with an additional office in Minnesota.
