Graphic Designer

Due to company growth, we are looking at adding another Artist to our Design Team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys designing across a wide range of products—from apparel and hard goods to banners, signage, and promotional materials. Our preferred candidate should have experience understanding and following brand standards and product templates.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design graphics for apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, uniforms, etc.)
• Create artwork for hard goods such as drinkware, accessories, and promotional items
• Develop banners, signage, and large-format graphics
• Prepare print-ready files and ensure production accuracy
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet client needs and deadlines
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Communicating with clients and making revisions based on their feedback
• Maintain awareness of current industry trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
• Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of print production processes and file setup
• Ability to design for various mediums (screen print, embroidery, digital print, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Knowledge in a promotional product industry is preferred but not required

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
