Callie Blanks Interiors is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Assistant to support our shop and design studio. This is a flexible, easygoing role for someone who enjoys a beautiful, creative environment and is happy to jump in where needed.

Schedule:

• 2–3 weekdays (flexible)
• Occasional Saturdays (a couple per month)
• Opportunity for additional hours in the summer, with potential for more days over time

Responsibilities:

• Keep the shop organized, polished, and welcoming
• Greet customers and assist with light sales
• Support basic office and administrative tasks
• Run local errands (returns, pickups, sourcing)
• Help with in-store events
• Organize inventory, samples, and back-of-house
• Receive and unpack deliveries
• Capture simple, on-brand content for social media

Qualifications:

• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
• Able to manage a variety of small tasks throughout the day
• Reliable transportation
• Interest in interiors, retail, or hosting (a plus)
• Comfortable taking photos/videos for social media

Callie Blanks Interiors is a boutique interior design studio and shop in Houston’s Memorial area, known for creating layered, welcoming, and personal spaces, with a curated mix of vintage pieces, custom furnishings, and unique finds.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
