This is a critical role within our business, ensuring both day-to-day operations and long-term development initiatives are handled with precision and creativity.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage, develop, and optimize our Magento 2.4 e-commerce platform, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.</li><li>Oversee frontend and backend development, including theme updates, UI/UX improvements, and custom feature builds.</li><li>Maintain and optimize server infrastructure (Linux, SSH, PHP, MySQL), applying best practices in performance tuning and security protocols.</li><li>Implement and manage Git/Bitbucket workflows, code deployments, and staging/production environments.</li><li>Ensure database efficiency through query optimization, indexing, and load minimization.</li><li>Integrate and manage third-party services (ShopperApproved, SEMrush, Cloudflare, Google analytics tools, Google Tag Manager, etc.).</li><li>Drive SEO optimization through technical improvements (Core Web Vitals, structured data, canonicalization, crawl efficiency).</li><li>Conduct and analyze A/B tests (cart, checkout, and conversion funnels) to improve sales and user experience.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to align site development with business goals.</li><li>Proactively monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime and reliability.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>5+ years professional experience in e-commerce web development.</li><li>3+ years of hands-on experience with Magento 2.4+, PHP, and MySQL.</li><li>Strong skills in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.</li><li>Experience with Mobile first frontend development and best practices</li><li>Proficiency in Linux command line, SSH, and server administration.</li><li>Solid understanding of security protocols for Magento and server Maintenance.</li><li>Experience with Git/Bitbucket, version control workflows, and Jira task management.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO principles and applying them at the code/infrastructure level.</li><li>Familiarity with performance optimization (CDN, caching strategies, Cloudflare, Varnish, DB optimization).</li><li>Track record of managing third-party integrations and e-commerce tools.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with ShopperApproved, GBP, or similar review platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and event tracking.</li><li>Understanding of version controlling workflows and modern deployment practices.</li><li>Knowledge of other e-commerce CMS (Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with attention to detail.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary (commensurate with experience).</li><li>Opportunity to directly shape the growth of a leading multi-million-dollar e-commerce business.</li><li>Collaborative work environment where technical innovation is valued.</li><li>Exposure to end-to-end e-commerce operations (from infrastructure to marketing integrations).</li><li>Long-term growth potential within the company.</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your Magento and e-commerce experience, along with examples of projects you&rsquo;ve worked on.Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Magento: 3 years (Required)</li><li>E-commerce: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Coral Springs, FL 33065 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
