Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology talents while fostering a welcoming environment for dining room &amp; bar guests as well as golfers.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.</li><li>Checking in or greeting golfers when a pro-shop attendant is not available or on shift</li><li>Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times.</li><li>Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently during shifts.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service, catering events, or banquet functions as needed.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Follow all food handling, safety regulations, and alcohol service laws diligently.</li><li>Assist in setting up for special events like nightclub nights or private banquets to enhance guest experience.</li><li>Checking server side work and making sure they are completed before they receive cash from Z Report</li><li>Sorting bottles and having them in appropriate boxes for distributers to pick up</li><li>Providing inventory report periodically of items that need to be replenished</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; retail math and basic math skills are essential for cash handling and sales transactions.</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling abilities required.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.</li><li>Experience in food industry roles involving serving, catering, or food handling is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixing cocktails is a plus.
