Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collect, label, and process patient samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.).</li><li>Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests as per medical requirements.</li><li>Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.</li><li>Record and analyze test results accurately.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation and update lab records.</li><li>Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and quality standards.</li><li>Assist in preparing reports for doctors and medical staff.</li><li>Manage laboratory supplies, stock, and inventory.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting results.</li><li>Ability to work with modern lab equipment and technology.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Understanding of health and safety regulations.</li></ul>Educational Qualification:<ul><li>Diploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT) or equivalent qualification.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
