 QA/QC Manager

 New Damietta Industrial Zone
 
 .
 
 
 The ideal candidate will lead and manage all quality assurance and control activities across steel fabrication operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement in line with corporate quality standards.

 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the implementation and improvement of the company&rsquo;s
 
 Quality Management System (QMS)
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Set and monitor
 
 quality performance indicators
 
 and ensure alignment across departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise QA and QC engineers during fabrication and pre-fabrication stages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct internal audits and manage external audit cycles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support tendering and project execution phases with quality-related input.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify root causes of quality issues and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present periodic quality performance reports to top management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in
 
 Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 10 years of experience
 
 , including at least
 
 3 years in a managerial position
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in
 
 steel fabrication
 
 is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent
 
 leadership, communication, and analytical skills
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
 </li>
