The role requires strong leadership, client coordination, and technical expertise in the UAE construction industry.What You&rsquo;ll Do :1.Lead projects from mobilization to handover2. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants3. Control budgets, schedules, and project KPIs4. Handle contracts, variations, and client coordination5.Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety, and quality standards6.Identify potential risks and delays; implement mitigation strategies.7.
