Construction Project Manager

Hiring: Project Manager – Construction | Dubai, UAE

We’re seeking a strong leader who can deliver projects on time, within budget, and to top quality & safety standards.

Position Overview :

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, client coordination, and technical expertise in the UAE construction industry.

What You’ll Do :

1.Lead projects from mobilization to handover

2. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants

3. Control budgets, schedules, and project KPIs

4. Handle contracts, variations, and client coordination

5.Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety, and quality standards

6.Identify potential risks and delays; implement mitigation strategies.

7. Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare reports.

8.Ensure quality, health, and safety compliance at all stages.

What We’re Looking For :

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 8–10 years construction experience
• Minimum 5 years in UAE/GCC projects
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts & UAE building codes
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project
• PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus
• Strong leadership & communication skills
