Your insights and decisions will directly influence company performance and client satisfaction.Modern Tools: We utilize ERP systems and digital procurement tools to streamline workflows and improve transparency across operations.Growth Opportunities: As we expand, you will have the opportunity to take on larger responsibilities and grow into leadership roles within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sourcing: Develop and execute procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to build reliable, long-term partnerships.Procurement Operations: Manage the full procurement lifecycle including RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance tracking.Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends and supplier pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and project teams to align procurement with business needs.Compliance &amp; Reporting: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and Qatar regulations while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.What We Are Looking ForExperience: 5+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a corporate or multi-industry environment.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and ERP systems.Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Communication: Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR14,500.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Doha (Doha)
