About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Officer who can take ownership of procurement operations and elevate how we manage vendors, contracts, and sourcing strategies. You won’t just process purchase orders—you will play a key role in shaping procurement decisions, optimizing costs, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to build reliable, long-term partnerships.
Procurement Operations: Manage the full procurement lifecycle including RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance tracking.
Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends and supplier pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and project teams to align procurement with business needs.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and Qatar regulations while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a corporate or multi-industry environment.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and ERP systems.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Communication: Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR14,500.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Doha (Doha)
