Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Engineer / Procurement Specialist with a strong background in Engineering and Facilities Management (FM). The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for engineering and FM requirements
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effective purchasing
• Handle purchase orders, contracts, and vendor performance management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
• Coordinate closely with operations, engineering, and finance teams
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory)
• Proven experience in Procurement within Engineering / Facilities Management (FM)
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP
• Expertise in vendor sourcing, negotiations, and contract management
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to join within 30 days
