Procurement Leader – Metal Industry

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Leader to manage and oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontract services for metal and architectural fabrication works. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in metal, stainless steel, and architectural works, with proven experience in vendor management, sourcing, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for metal and fabrication projects.
• Review project drawings, material specifications, and BOQs to identify procurement requirements.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturers for steel, stainless steel, glass, aluminum, and related items.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, compare quotations, and perform technical and commercial evaluations.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contract conditions with suppliers.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier lists, and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, QCS standards, and company procurement policies.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain relationships for long-term collaboration.
• Assist in preparing cost reports and budget forecasts.
