Ware House Supervisor

• Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, storage, and distribution.
• Supervise 3PL partners, ensuring service-level agreements and KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Develop and enforce warehouse policies, SOPs, and workflows to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to align operational flow. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to build a motivated team.
• Oversee warehouse security, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination. Handle escalations, resolve operational bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present operational reports, KPIs, and performance analysis to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, time, and resource utilization.
• Support strategic planning for warehouse expansion, automation, and process improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or operations management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certification in supply chain/logistics (e.g., APICS, CSCP, or equivalent).
• Proven track record of managing 3PL warehouses and logistics operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Pay: QAR5,500.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
