Logistics & Ordering Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Logistics & Ordering Manager to join our team. This position will oversee the complete process of vehicle ordering, customisation, and delivery. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing supplier relationships, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely fulfilment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Sales ordering process for vehicles from manufacturers and suppliers
  • Coordinate product customisation requests to meet customer specifications
  • Oversee logistics operations, including shipping, inventory management, and delivery scheduling
  • Maintain strong communication with suppliers, shipping partners, and internal teams
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays or issues
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and dealership standards
  • Prepare reports on ordering trends, logistics performance, and inventory levels

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in logistics, ordering, or supply chain management (automotive industry is a must)
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with international trade regulations and automotive customisation processes
  • Proficiency in ERP or inventory management systems is a plus
