Position Overview

Dallas POS Systems is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and enhance overall efficiency. Responsibilities

• Manage and streamline daily operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and service quality.
• Oversee inventory management, procurement, and logistics to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to align operational goals with business objectives.
• Analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within a technical or customer-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of operational and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.

Salary

Hourly rates range from 60 to 120 QAR, depending on experience and qualifications.
