SAP Consultant (Inventory / Warehouse Management)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Inventory / Warehouse Management Consultant to support, configure, and optimize the SAP Inventory Management and Warehouse Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP WM or SAP EWM, with hands-on experience in inventory processes and cross-module integration. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, supporting end-to-end implementations, and ensuring efficient warehouse and inventory operations within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP Inventory Management and Warehouse Management or Extended Warehouse Management solutions in line with business requirements

Manage and optimize inventory-related processes including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and physical inventory

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations

Ensure seamless integration of Warehouse Management or Extended Warehouse Management with Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, and Finance modules

Support end-to-end implementation activities including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment

Provide production support and resolve functional issues related to inventory and warehouse processes

Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, reports, interfaces, and data migration activities

Conduct user training sessions and prepare functional documentation

Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure adherence to best practices and standards within SAP S/4HANA Materials Management and warehouse operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Inventory Management and Warehouse Management or SAP Extended Warehouse Management

Strong understanding of inventory processes including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and physical inventory

Experience with cross-module integration involving Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, and Finance

Hands-on configuration experience in SAP WM or SAP EWM

Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environment

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects

Exposure to large-scale enterprise environments

Knowledge of best practices in warehouse and inventory optimization

Certifications

SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (C_TS452)
