SAP Consultant (Procurement /Material Management)

We are looking for a skilled SAP Consultant (Procurement /Material Management) to support and enhance procurement and sourcing processes within an SAP environment. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Procure-to-Pay cycles, vendor management, and integration across SAP modules. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize procurement operations, configuring SAP MM solutions, and supporting implementation and enhancement initiatives in an SAP S/4HANA landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP Materials Management solutions with a focus on procurement and sourcing processes

Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay cycle including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice verification, and vendor evaluation

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations

Support vendor management processes including vendor master data, sourcing, and contract management

Ensure seamless integration of Materials Management with Finance, Sales and Distribution, and Warehouse Management modules

Support SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement functionality and enhancements

Assist in SAP Ariba integration and related procurement workflows

Participate in full lifecycle implementations including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment

Provide production support and resolve procurement-related system issues

Collaborate with technical teams on reports, interfaces, enhancements, and data migration

Prepare functional documentation and conduct user training sessions

Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement and sourcing processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management with focus on procurement

Strong experience in Procure-to-Pay processes and vendor management

Hands-on configuration experience in SAP MM

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement

Strong understanding of integration with Finance, Sales and Distribution, and Warehouse Management modules

Experience working with SAP Ariba integration is preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects

Exposure to enterprise procurement transformation initiatives

Knowledge of procurement best practices and process optimization
