Procurement Executive

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Procurement Executive with 2–5 years of relevant experience in the ICT, ELV, and Cyber Security industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing IT, networking, and ELV products while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Transferable visa with NOC (Mandatory).

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for ICT , ELV and Cyber Security products such as networking equipment, structured cabling, servers, CCTV, access control, and related solutions.
• Identify and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers within the local and international market.
• Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms to achieve cost savings.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and OEM partners.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to understand product specifications and project needs.
• Track orders, manage inventory levels, and ensure availability of stock.
• Ensure compliance with employer policies and procurement procedures.
• Handle documentation including LPOs, invoices, delivery notes, and vendor contracts.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and new product availability.
