We are looking for a smart, energetic, and reliable Inventory Assistant to support our operations. If you have experience in stock handling and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career!

Your Role:

• Support daily inventory and warehouse operations
• Handle receiving, storage & dispatch of items
• Maintain accurate stock records and reports
• Assist Inventory Manager with stock control
• Perform stock checks and ensure proper organisation

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years experience in inventory/warehouse
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong communication in English
• Ability to work under pressure & multitask
• Well-organized with attention to detail

Added Advantage:

• Experience in café / restaurant industry
• Knowledge of coffee beans & related products

Important Requirements:

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
• Must have a valid QID
• Should be willing to transfer sponsorship
