Job Title: Social Media ManagerLocation: Onsite (ONLY FOR KARACHI) Experience: 2&ndash;5 years Employment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager who can own our digital presence, lead marketing initiatives, and manage both internal teams and client-facing marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, trend-aware, and capable of executing strategies that align with business and growth objectives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and maintain all social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and strong brand identity</li><li>Plan, execute, and manage a monthly content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms</li><li>Lead short-form content strategy including reels and videos (conceptualization to publishing)</li><li>Coordinate and manage video editors, graphic designers, and content creators</li><li>Manage website blogs and content; ensure alignment with SEO best practices</li><li>Support and oversee PPC, paid social, and performance marketing activities (experience is a plus)</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead marketing initiatives across departments</li><li>Handle client marketing accounts, communication, reporting, and execution</li><li>Stay updated with latest marketing and social media trends and proactively implement them</li><li>Track performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare weekly/monthly reports</li><li>Align marketing activities with business goals, sales objectives, and brand positioning</li><li>Assist in event planning, promotion, and execution (online and offline)</li><li>Manage brand partnerships, collaborations, and influencer outreach when required</li><li>Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and consistency across all marketing assets</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar marketing role</li><li>Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and analytics</li><li>Experience managing creative teams (designers, editors, content creators)</li><li>Knowledge of SEO fundamentals; PPC and paid ads experience is a plus</li><li>Basic understanding of video editing workflows and content production</li><li>Excellent communication and client-handling skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
