Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager who can own our digital presence, lead marketing initiatives, and manage both internal teams and client-facing marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, trend-aware, and capable of executing strategies that align with business and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and strong brand identity
- Plan, execute, and manage a monthly content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms
- Lead short-form content strategy including reels and videos (conceptualization to publishing)
- Coordinate and manage video editors, graphic designers, and content creators
- Manage website blogs and content; ensure alignment with SEO best practices
- Support and oversee PPC, paid social, and performance marketing activities (experience is a plus)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead marketing initiatives across departments
- Handle client marketing accounts, communication, reporting, and execution
- Stay updated with latest marketing and social media trends and proactively implement them
- Track performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Align marketing activities with business goals, sales objectives, and brand positioning
- Assist in event planning, promotion, and execution (online and offline)
- Manage brand partnerships, collaborations, and influencer outreach when required
- Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and consistency across all marketing assets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar marketing role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and analytics
- Experience managing creative teams (designers, editors, content creators)
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals; PPC and paid ads experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of video editing workflows and content production
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving skills
