A CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Operator is responsible for measuring and inspecting precision parts using a CMM to ensure they meet engineering drawings and quality standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate CMM machines to inspect mechanical parts and components</li><li>Read and understand engineering drawings, GD&amp;T, and specifications</li><li>Set up parts and fixtures on the CMM</li><li>Run inspection programs and record measurement results</li><li>Identify defects or deviations and report them to quality or production teams</li><li>Maintain inspection records and reports</li><li>Perform basic machine calibration and routine maintenance</li><li>Follow safety and quality procedures at all times</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Basic knowledge of CMM operation and metrology</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and GD&amp;T symbols</li><li>Experience with CMM software (such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar)</li><li>Good attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Basic computer and documentation skills</li><li>Diploma / ITI / Technical certification (preferred, depends on company)</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Fresher or 1&ndash;3 years of experience (varies by employer)</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Manufacturing or quality inspection department</li><li>May involve standing for long periods and handling precision components</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, InternshipPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 05/01/2026
