The role involves converting information from paper documents into Excel formats with 100% accuracy, supporting operational reporting and document management.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Enter data from paper documents, registers, job cards, or production sheets into Excel with complete accuracy.</li><li>Maintain and update operational records, logs, and trackers.</li><li>Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information before final submission.</li><li>Coordinate with operations, production, and dispatch teams to collect accurate data.</li><li>Organize and maintain digital files for easy retrieval and audit readiness.</li><li>Assist in generating basic Excel reports and summaries as required by management.</li><li>Ensure confidentiality and security of all operational data.</li><li>Support the operations department in documentation and administrative tasks.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in data entry or documentation roles, preferably in manufacturing or operations.</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, formatting, data cleaning).</li><li>Excellent typing speed and attention to detail, must maintain 100% accuracy.</li><li>Ability to read handwritten or printed documents and convert them into structured formats.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work under minimal supervision with a high sense of responsibility.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;200,000.00 - &#8377;300,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Mention Your Notice Period?</li><li>Mention Your Current CTC?</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
