Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with experience in the door manufacturing or building materials industry to act as a technical bridge between clients, design, and operations. The role primarily involves explaining AutoCAD drawings, validating site measurements, guiding clients on door/frame specifications, and ensuring technical clarity for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explain AutoCAD drawings (doors, frames, elevations, sections) to clients, architects, and contractors.
  • Verify and validate site measurements for doors, frames, openings, and hardware requirements.
  • Support sales and operations teams by providing technical clarification during pre-order and execution stages.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure drawings and measurements match on-site conditions.
  • Assist in preparing technical reports, sizing sheets, and approval drawings.
  • Address client queries related to product dimensions, installation feasibility, and design constraints.
  • Identify and resolve technical mismatches between drawings, site conditions, and production requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
  • Support after-installation technical queries if required.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • BE / B. Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 2–6 years of experience in door manufacturing, interiors, construction, or building material industry.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory).
  • Good understanding of measurements, levels, site conditions, and installation practices.
  • Ability to explain technical drawings in a simple and client-friendly manner.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of doors, frames, carpentry, hardware, and installation methods is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
