Role PurposeTo ensure proper maintenance, safety, and smooth functioning of all equipment, utilities, and facilities by carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance in a timely manner.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and civil works.</li><li>Attend to breakdowns and emergency repairs promptly to minimize downtime.</li><li>Maintain and repair machinery, tools, and equipment as per safety standards.</li><li>Monitor utilities such as power, water, gas, and ensure efficient usage.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.</li><li>Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and service records.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.</li><li>Identify potential issues and report major repairs to the supervisor.</li><li>Support new installations, renovations, and equipment commissioning.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and order in maintenance areas.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and civil maintenance.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.</li><li>Knowledge of safety practices and use of PPE.</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant trade preferred.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years of experience in maintenance (restaurant, hotel, factory, or commercial setup preferred).</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and on-call duties.</li><li>Physically fit to handle maintenance tasks.</li></ul>Performance Indicators<ul><li>Equipment uptime and timely closure of breakdowns.</li><li>Adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.</li><li>Safety compliance and minimal incidents.</li><li>Proper documentation and reporting.</li></ul><ul><li>Contact : 9789050577 </li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
