This dual role requires a blend of analytical finance expertise, business acumen, and administrative precision, with opportunities for cross-functional and international exposure.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance &amp; Accounting:<ul><li>Oversee daily accounting and financial operations across group entities.</li><li>Prepare monthly MIS, variance analysis, cash flow forecasts, and financial dashboards for leadership review.</li><li>Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax returns, and ROC compliance.</li><li>Assist with annual audit coordination (Statutory, Internal, GST), liaising with auditors and consultants.</li><li>Support costing and pricing models for fragrance compounds and essential oils.</li><li>Monitor inventory valuation and cost optimization across manufacturing sites.</li><li>Contribute to financial planning for capital expenditures, export growth, and expansion projects.</li><li>Provide financial due diligence and investment analysis for new business opportunities.</li></ul>Executive Assistance (to MD/CFO):<ul><li>Manage calendars, internal and external meeting coordination, follow-ups, and travel plans.</li><li>Draft reports, investor decks, board presentations, and confidential communications.</li><li>Track and prioritize action items from leadership meetings; ensure timely execution.</li><li>Interface with senior-level customers, suppliers, and strategic partners when required.</li><li>Manage sensitive documents including contracts, NDAs, and government filings.</li></ul>Business Strategy &amp; Operations Support:<ul><li>Support MD/CFO in analyzing operational KPIs across units (production efficiency, export revenue, margin tracking).</li><li>Assist with implementation and monitoring of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TallyPrime, etc.).</li><li>Prepare regulatory compliance reports including REACH, IFRA, and other international documentation required for exports.</li><li>Identify and support cost-saving initiatives across departments.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams: R&amp;D, logistics, international sales, procurement.</li></ul>Candidate ProfileEducation &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Qualified Chartered Accountant (1&ndash;5 years of post-qualification experience).</li><li>Prior experience in manufacturing, export-oriented units, or chemical / aroma industry preferred.</li><li>Exposure to global compliance and multi-currency accounting is an added advantage.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Strong command over Indian Accounting Standards, Direct &amp; Indirect Taxation, Export Incentives (RoDTEP, MEIS, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP platforms, and financial modeling.</li><li>Understanding of cost accounting, product costing, and inventory control.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Discreet, with the ability to handle confidential information.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,641.90 - &#8377;75,352.38 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Vikhroli, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you a qualified Chartered Accountant?</li><li>How many years of post-qualification experience do you have in finance or accounting roles?</li><li>Have you worked in a manufacturing company before?</li><li>What is your expected notice period (if currently employed)?</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Vikhroli, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
