The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our automotive paint solutions, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in Qatar.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote GEM Auto Paints&rsquo; products.</li><li>Visit potential and existing customers to promote products, services, and technical solutions.</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business.</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on competitors.</li><li>Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing in GCC (automotive sector preferred).</li><li>Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Must have NOC from current employer.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and development.</li><li>A dynamic and supportive work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
