About Us

GEM Auto Paints W.L.L is an authorized distributor of high-performance Automotive Paints, Bodyshop Products, and VEMAR Yacht Coating Systems in Qatar. We supply to workshops, garages, marine service centers, retail buyers, and large B2B clients. We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to support our growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and market automotive paints, bodyshop consumables, and marine coating products across Qatar.
• Visit B2B customers, including workshops, garages, marine service centers, boatyards, and end users to generate new business.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations and basic technical explanations to customers.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and seminars.
• Track competitor activities and market trends in the automotive and marine sectors.
• Support social media marketing by providing market updates, photos, and customer insights.
• Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and submit to management.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and sales team for customer requirements and product availability.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales or marketing (Automotive or Paint industry preferred, but not mandatory).
• Valid Qatar Driving License
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
• Basic understanding of automotive paints or marine products is a plus.
• Fluent in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
