We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and sales-oriented Esthetician who enjoys working with clients and helping them look and feel their best.This position combines esthetic services with front desk sales and customer service responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesEsthetic Services<ul><li>Perform waxing services, facials, and other licensed esthetic treatments</li><li>Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate services and products</li><li>Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards</li></ul>Front Desk Sales &amp; Customer Service<ul><li>Greet and assist clients</li><li>Answer phone calls, text messages, and appointment inquiries</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage guest check-in/check-out</li><li>Recommend service upgrades and retail products</li><li>Promote salon specials and membership programs</li></ul>Client Retention &amp; Growth<ul><li>Encourage clients to rebook before leaving</li><li>Follow up with clients after appointments</li><li>Request online reviews and referrals</li><li>Help improve guest satisfaction and client retention</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Active Maryland Esthetician License</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Waxing experience preferred</li><li>Comfortable with sales, upselling, and client education</li><li>Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented</li><li>Ability to work in a team-oriented environment</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Daily Pay + Daily Bonus + Sale Bonus + 100% Tips</li><li>Ongoing Training &amp; Development</li><li>Growth Opportunities</li><li>Stable Client Base</li><li>Non-Toxic Work Environment</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in waxing, brows, facials</li><li>Front desk or sales experience</li><li>Experience using salon scheduling software</li><li>Strong rebooking and customer retention skills</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
