Part-Time Esthetician & Front Desk Sales Associate

AD Non-Toxic Nails Group is a growing beauty and wellness company focused on providing a clean, relaxing, and non-toxic salon experience. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and sales-oriented Esthetician who enjoys working with clients and helping them look and feel their best.

This position combines esthetic services with front desk sales and customer service responsibilities.

ResponsibilitiesEsthetic Services

• Perform waxing services, facials, and other licensed esthetic treatments
• Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate services and products
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards

Front Desk Sales & Customer Service

• Greet and assist clients
• Answer phone calls, text messages, and appointment inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage guest check-in/check-out
• Recommend service upgrades and retail products
• Promote salon specials and membership programs

Client Retention & Growth

• Encourage clients to rebook before leaving
• Follow up with clients after appointments
• Request online reviews and referrals
• Help improve guest satisfaction and client retention

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Esthetician License
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Waxing experience preferred
• Comfortable with sales, upselling, and client education
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in waxing, brows, facials
• Front desk or sales experience
• Experience using salon scheduling software
• Strong rebooking and customer retention skills

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
