Pay: Flat rate per service + 100% gratuity

Role Overview

We are seeking a licensed Esthetician with strong waxing & facial experience to provide custom facials and full-body waxing services in clients’ homes. This role requires confidence in waxing techniques and a willingness to be trained in MOI’s facial protocols to maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facials in clients’ homes following MOI standards (training provided)
• Perform full-body waxing services confidently and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, professional setup in client homes
• Educate clients on aftercare and recommended treatments
• Arrive on time, prepared, and with a luxury service mindset
• Represent MOI professionally at all times
• Post a minimum of three times per week on your assigned, personalized MOI-branded social media page

Requirements

• Active Texas TDLR Esthetician License or Cosmetology License
• Strong facial & waxing experience
• Reliable transportation
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Ability to commit to booked appointments consistently
• Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
• Must provide and maintain their own professional tools, products, equipment, and sanitation supplies in compliance with Texas TDLR standards
