Day to Day Responsibility of our DCP:v Conduct a thorough review of customer orders to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.v Regularly follow up on orders, provide detailed status updates to customers, and address any changes or issues proactively.v Maintain clear and professional communication with foreign customers to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide support.v Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company standards.v Track shipments closely, coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and resolving any delays or disruptions.v Monitor payment schedules, follow up on outstanding invoices, and work collaboratively to address and resolve payment-related issues.Key Skills:v Strong communication (especially with international clients).v Knowledge of export documentation and logistics.v Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
