If you have a passion for aviation and a strong background in procurement, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage purchase orders and amendments:</li></ul>Create, track, and update purchase orders (POs) for aviation components, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement policies.<ul><li>Vendor communication:</li></ul>Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders, negotiate terms, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.<ul><li>Inventory monitoring:</li></ul>Track inventory levels, reorder points, and lead times to prevent stockouts or overstocking of critical aviation components.Office Skills<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)</li><li>Strong data entry and record-keeping accuracy</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage purchase orders, amendments, and vendor communications</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and lead times for aviation components</li><li>Office skills</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent in English (spoken and written)</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourWork Location: In person
