Job Opening: Aviation Purchasing Specialist (Fluent English Required)

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase orders and amendments:

Create, track, and update purchase orders (POs) for aviation components, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement policies.

  • Vendor communication:

Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders, negotiate terms, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.

  • Inventory monitoring:

Track inventory levels, reorder points, and lead times to prevent stockouts or overstocking of critical aviation components.

Office Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong data entry and record-keeping accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchase orders, amendments, and vendor communications
  • Monitor inventory levels and lead times for aviation components
  • Office skills

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
