This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management and heavy equipment operation while supporting our mission to deliver excellence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage inventory control through accurate tracking using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.</li><li>Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.</li><li>Assist in shipping and receiving activities by loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments, and preparing goods for storage or dispatch.</li><li>Perform stock stocking, order picking, packing, and order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery of products.</li><li>Handle materials with care during manufacturing or construction-related tasks, ensuring proper handling and safety compliance under OSHA standards.</li><li>Conduct regular inventory audits and participate in warehouse distribution activities to optimize storage space and inventory accuracy.</li><li>Support warehouse supervision by adhering to safety protocols, maintaining equipment, and documenting all operational activities accurately.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience with inventory management systems (including AS400) and RF scanners for accurate stock tracking.</li><li>Skilled in operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and mechanical tools necessary for materials handling.</li><li>Strong knowledge of warehouse processes including shipping &amp; receiving, order picking &amp; packing, load &amp; unload procedures.</li><li>Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.</li><li>Familiarity with OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.</li><li>Previous warehouse experience in distribution centers or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during stock replenishment or order fulfillment.
