 Required Qualifications

 1&ndash;3+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or help desk roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills &mdash; written and verbal &mdash; with a friendly, professional demeanor.

 Comfortable with software troubleshooting and explaining technical concepts clearly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to travel occasionally for onsite training and client visits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to adapt to changing user needs and learning new platform features.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience supporting SaaS, healthcare, or EHR/EMR and RCM software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of behavioral health practice workflows is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience creating training content (videos, guides, manuals).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience conducting in-person training or client education.
 </li>
