Customer Support Representative

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or help desk roles.
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable with software troubleshooting and explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for onsite training and client visits.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing user needs and learning new platform features.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting SaaS, healthcare, or EHR/EMR and RCM software.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health practice workflows is a plus.
  • Experience creating training content (videos, guides, manuals).
  • Prior experience conducting in-person training or client education.
