GWA is looking for a skilled and reliable Video Editor and Animator to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite position with long term growth potential. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys editing social media content and telling stories through video.Requirements<ul><li>Good at creating modern reels and animation style videos</li><li>Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>Good knowledge of After Effects</li><li>Experience with CapCut</li><li>Experience with captioning or subtitle tools</li><li>Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or AI-assisted editing tools</li><li>Ability to understand and communicate in English</li></ul>Bonus Skills<ul><li>DaVinci Resolve</li><li>Podcast editing</li><li>Motion graphics and animated captions</li><li>YouTube thumbnail design</li><li>Basic understanding of content strategy and analytics</li><li>Experience working with international clients</li><li>Graphic design skills</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Create strong hooks for short form and long-form videos</li><li>Edit engaging reels with animations, effects, and motion graphics</li><li>Edit short form content for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok</li><li>Edit long-form content such as YouTube videos, reviews, podcasts, and vlogs</li><li>Add captions, b-roll, sound effects, and music</li><li>Keep branding, fonts, colors, and pacing consistent</li><li>Repurpose long videos into multiple short clips</li><li>Optimize videos for each platform (aspect ratio, duration, hooks)</li><li>Apply feedback and revise edits when needed</li><li>Meet deadlines and communicate progress clearly</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Monthly salary paid on time</li><li>Salary increases based on performance and quality of work</li><li>A stable, long term role with a supportive team</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease send us the following:<ul><li>Your updated CV or resume</li><li>A link to your portfolio or sample work (Google Drive, YouTube, or any other link)</li><li>The tools and software you are most confident using</li><li>Your availability to start</li></ul>Email: geniusworkagency@gmail.comIf you are creative, detail oriented, and looking for a stable long term role, we would love to hear from you.
