 &bull; Graduates of Chemical Engineering or Bioengineering from universities
 
 
 &bull; At least 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical production unit
 
 
 &bull; Knowledge of Qmex, SAP, ProManage, and MES
 
 
 &bull; Fluent in English
 
 
 &bull; Experienced in team management, strong interpersonal skills, and a strong aptitude for teamwork
 
 
 &bull; Developed follow-up, coordination, and results-oriented skills
 
 
 &bull; Experienced in process and time management
 
 
 &bull; Familiar with occupational safety standards

 &bull; Ensuring the implementation of the production program in line with the strategic plan,
 
 
 &bull; Ensuring that production activities are carried out as anticipated in inspections by domestic and international health authorities and in compliance with GMP standards,
 
 
 &bull; Conducting annual capacity analyses,
 
 
 &bull; Supporting the determination of overtime and shift needs based on annual capacity utilization analyses,
 
 
 &bull; Controlling the implementation of unit KPIs and ensuring the sharing of these results,
 
 
 &bull; Conducting deviation investigations, MBR, and SOP revisions,
 
 
 &bull; Creating and managing projects with an OPEX perspective, or participating in the relevant project team,
